Tim, along with his late father, Jay, started Watson Supply Inc., nearly 20 years ago.  Tim is responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities of Watson Supply.  He frequently attends industry trade shows to stay on top of emerging trends.  Tim credits his company's success to God and believes in the value of hard work and treating all his customers, employees, and vendors with honesty and integrity.  Married with two children, he is active in his church and with the responsibilities of his business and family.

Ron has been with Watson Supply Inc. for seven years.  He is the manager of the hardscape and outdoor living product areas and handles the many daily responsibilities including inventory and delivery of these products.  Ron is passionate about leaning and teaching the latest industry product and trends to Watson's customers.  Ron has completed the training to become certified through the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) and the National Concrete Masonry Associate (NCMA).  Married with two children, Ron is an avid sports fan and is committed to Hershey area youth sports where he has coached and volunteers his time.
